She had a meeting with our dogs to make sure they would be a good fit. One of our dogs (Molly) gets anxious and scared around people and strange dogs, but within 30 minutes she was warming up to Christine. By the time we came back from our trip Molly was comfortable sitting with the other dogs and having a good time. The atmosphere is awesome. There is a big fenced in yard and two super friendly dogs to keep the guest dogs entertained and busy. It was great knowing that our dogs were at someone's house and getting to play with other dogs the entire time they were there. Christine also sent daily updates with pictures so we could see how much fun our dogs were having. I highly recommend this for anyone that worries about where to leave their pets when they travel.

She was SO Wonderful with her Huge Empathic Heart towards me. I was called early the next morning only to hear he was too Sick and his Organs had been shutting down for a while due to the Negligence of his Vet he'd seen for 3 yrs!! She overdosed him on Prednisone a dangerously strong Steroid!! She gave him Pancreatitis the second day he was on way too high of amount PREDNISONE! I Trusted her! All she kept doing were blood tests! She missed an Infection he had on the first blood test. For two yrs I kept taking him in for Strange weight gain and he couldn't even climb his stairs anymore to get on the bed. I told he was acting Strange and walking Funny. He had mushy feeling shoulders. She told me he had Fat Packs?? Huh? He had Cushing's Disease!! I'm not the only one that had a dog DIE UNDER THEIR CARE! I Wish I had taken Finn to Wolf run Veterinary Hospital from the beginning! Finn was Never Sick so just shots. Loyalsock Veterinary Hospital is Cheaper than other Bets and closer. Their CHEAPER TO PULL YOU IN! Then they Kill your pets because All the Vets there are HORRIBLE!! Dr Pardoe not only Killed Finn she destroyed my Mental Health Stability and I'm still Suffering! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WOLF RUN VETERINARY HOSPITAL WHERE YOU AND YOUR PET ARE TREATED WITH HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE VETERINARIAN's!! But if you're in the area and have a dog in need of a groom this place is worth the hunt. The entry room is a part of the deceiving nature. My wife almost turned around and took our dog home when she walked in. Signage is hand written on cardboard and stuck to the walls. There's a faint smell of smoke and no one manning the desk. The groomer came out from the back room and asked a series of questions about the cut we wanted for our dog. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and, as we would find out later, also very talented. My wife reluctantly left our pup to the groomer and came back a few hours later. When she brought her home we were both so impressed and our dog was never cuter. When I took our pup back for a second cut I saw exactly what my wife meant. This second cut was absolutely perfect. We've taken our dog to a number of groomers in the area and none of them have left us so impressed. The price is the final selling point. We've spent about 75 to 100 dollars on grooming at other establishments. They charged us $40 for each cut and I was informed that prices would go up $5 on our next trip. Even at $45 that's a HUGE savings over most places. Great price and great quality!

We were super happy with the service, they understood that one of my cats is a shy weirdo and made sure she got her food, even if they had to put it half way upstairs. I got regular updates (and pictures) so we knew the two cats were absolutely fine and that helped us to have a stress free few days out of town. They include litter box cleaning in the service, which is also really helpful and they offer a lot of flexibility in what type of pet visits you need to schedule. Donna is most definitely willing to work with the pet owners and the communication was excellent. I also appreciate that Go Away Pet Sitting also has a good online tool for communicating, scheduling and getting updates as well as billing. All in all, we are very pleased and will definitely be using them again.
