I worked for MultiView for about six months. They have teams of about ten to fifteen people and all they do all day is call to sell you on ad space and put a link to the ads on a association's web page. Majority of the clicks on a associations web page is done by employees. Every time I would call someone I would go to the associations web page and ask the customer to access the web page as well to try to sell ad space. In any giving day I would add 100 to 200 clicks to any giving web page in a day. read more

This company contracted with my business provide internet marketing services through my company website. The "pixel" requirements multiview asked for were not capable by my IT team. Multiview billed my credit card for 3 months ($3000.00 each time) and now refuses to return the money. I specifically relied on their promises and have not received anything for my money. Great sales guy, seems to know what should be done but we never got the "programmatic" sales approach that he sold us on. I work for a business that is a vendor member of many associations in multiple industries. Multiview has been entering in to agreements with many of these self storage and fire industry groups to sell space on their websites. Once Multiview takes over, the rates are increased to a point that exceeds any rational price for the exposure. Vendor members of the group are then subjected to repeated high pressure sales calls from Multiview. Callers imply that they are with the association, trying to capitalize on the goodwill towards that association. I urge any association leadership to resist the temptation to engage in any agreement with this group. If you must, at least make a point to talk to a few of your vendors and more importantly, other associations in the same industry. read more

Been using their services for over a year now. I would not recommend Multiview to anyone. If I could drop them I would, but they have me under contract. 95% of the traffic that comes from their campaign I believe is being computer generated. The visitor lands on your landing page, then leaves. My web stats show different IP addresses and visitor locations, but the browser and operating system specs for the visitors is all identical. Visitor behavior isnt consistent with traffic I get from other marketing and banner campaigns I run. The only thing I think they are good at is selling you on the service and locking you into long contracts. I really hope my review can save you some money! Go elsewhere! read more

I would not recommend this company at all. We spent $18,000 for non relevant impressions. They roped us into a year contract which was our fault in signing. The analysis provided each month was basically useless in helping its drive traffic. No follow up after our contract was ending (not that we would've signed up again). I came into a company as the marketing director once they decided to take their marketing in house. Unfortunately when I came in, this company had just been scammed into a contract with Multiview. They are one of these cast a big net and see how many people we can get into a contract with deception kind of company. They prey on companies without a marketing expert in house, by promising things they don't have the time, desire, or infrastructure to actually deliver on. I started to notice their deceptive practices when I began to call them out on the intentionally confusing jargon they use and the "marketing strategies" they have which are simply ways for them to try and trick their clients into thinking they are actually doing something. I started by trying to work with them to see how we can start getting some results. At this point (3 months into our 6 month contract) we had seen none. They started to get hostile and defensive and essentially told us results probably won't start until month 6 or so which is their way to rope you into another contract. Long story short they are nothing more than a call center full of sales people and smooth talkers. They cannot deliver on anything they promise. Stay far far away. read more

As others have posted, they are a scam. They used to represent the American Frozen Food Institute, placing ads for members. They hard sell, calling multiple times within minutes, numerous times throughout the week. We told them we probably wanted to move forward. Expecting a contract to be sent for us to review and give our final decision, they emailed an invoice. After we were not happy with answers to questions we gave them, we informed them we did not want to move forward with the ad. Nothing was discussed, nor sent to them for the ad. They said the invoice had been sent, was binding and could not be canceled. We signed nothing, nor gave any payment information, nor was any non-cancellation clause read and verified. They eventually sent our invoice to collections and we have since hired an attorney. Needless to say they no longer represent the American Frozen Food Institute, nor will they ever receive payment for a service we did not use. Run fast Forrest. read more

We brought on Multiview as a marketing partner to run a 12 month CPC program and send out 4 email blasts to their house list which they claimed was not scraped - good, solid data. I believe they have software but we did not utilize their software. Many of the people I worked with were inexperienced and didn't seem to know much about digital marketing or good account management. The only time they attempted to make the program perform better is if I asked them too - absolutely no pro-active campaign or program management. When the emails didn't perform, their response was basically "it's not our problem." They took complete control over the 2nd email (writing and designing) and even that performed well below B2B industry standards. What was also concerning is that their Sent to Delivery rate was 80%... I rarely see anything below 95% so I can only assume their data is bad. The CPC campaign brought in the promised clicks but only 3 leads over a 4 month time frame. Their suggestion after I had to ask how we can improve it, was to add a phone number to the landing pages. We've been expressing our disappointment for over 2 months and they are refusing to cancel the campaign and reimburse us for the balance. What's more... they've gone silent! The CPC manager isn't sending reports and the Google campaign isn't even running. The email team hasn't even tried to get the 3rd email blast out and when I alerted them, I got an apology and then silence. I am giving them 1 star because 0 is not an option. This company is fraudulent! They have been harassing my place of work several times a day selling aggressively. My contact person was a gentleman name Bradley who convinced the owner of my place of work to buy an online banner ad service for one year targeting an audience of an organization we hold membership. The owner agreed without conducting due diligence. I did research and found that dozens of other people are experiencing what I have been experiencing. I told someone in the IT/Design Department not to air our banner ad after receiving an email stating it will go live soon (the banner ad was created without our consent). The personnel in this department cooperated. Moments later I received a response from their Collections Department threatening us to pay the first invoice because they have a recording of myself agreeing to send payment (during the time the owner was interested). I told the person in collections that no one from my place of work signed a contract or commitment that is legal and binding for them to enforce this so-called policy (3 day cancellation or billed) and collect payment. In addition, I pointed out that I cancelled the same day I expressed to mail a check. They are not budging though I have emails documenting such. The absurd part is, I never received an invoice that stated terms of payment for all this to take place. I knew this company was a scam the moment they wanted me to pay via telephone with a credit card, they refused to send a credit card authorization form that notes terms of payment, etc. They continued to send contracts for me to sign. Beware of this place! I am disgusted that the organization I hold membership is in cahoots with this place. It makes me rethink holding a membership there. My company lost a lot of money to Multiview, and if I were you and I was looking for an agency to run my online ads, I would look elsewhere. We were mislead from the very beginning about the type of web traffic we would get through their campaigns. Throughout the lifetime of the campaign, they continually promised to make tweaks that would improve performance, but we never saw positive results. When we asked for a refund, they pointed to the contract and told us they had delivered on CTR and impressions, which was true, but it was terrible traffic. That wasn't true! they picked up and all of the all of a sudden and moved and fired everybody in Utah!!!! They rewrote the contract and charged me 20% up front! It took them months and none of the promises ever came true!!!! My partner staid on with them and did not see anything all of 2016!! After they canceled my contract they never refunded me any of my money and they double billed me one month. I would think twice 3×4 times before I did business with this company! If I could give a zero rating, I would. Our small company was given information about "unique visitors" and the monthly visits to the website we would be advertising on. For us, we were very excited to get out name out there. $3,000 dollars and 3 months later, we had 8 clicks (tracked by our web developer using Google Analytics and a tagged link). Multiview was showing triple that on their analytics but couldn't give us any proof to back it up, just a table with numbers. They refuse to give us a refund, and have stopped replying to emails. We are now disputing the charge with out credit card company and have given them all the the back up that shows Multiview is a scammer. They will not be keeping our money. read more

I just sat for 15 mins waiting for a call they scheduled with me to get an email saying the rep is running behind- will a half an hour later work for me - I'd be out of business if I ran my agency this way and so should they! We worked with Multiview once about 5 years ago. Never again. The problem is they won't stop calling and emailing. This year alone I've blocked 40+ email addresses from supposed Multiview "consultants". They just generate a new generic name and email and send a new message. I'm fairly confident it's one guy and when they see an email is blocked they make up a new one. At this point I've blocked the entire domain, just waiting to see what new way they come up with to circumvent it. We haven't worked with them in years and they just won't stop. We've asked them to stop calling. Then we just stopped answering calls that came up as Multiview. Apparently they caught on and mask their numbers now so I literally stopped taking calls from numbers I don't recognize just so I don't have to deal with some pushy salesman. I've never seen this level of harassment in my life. Hands down one of the worst organizations I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Honestly, if you're an organization that happens to be looking to work with Multiview, don't. Simple as that. Any company that uses them I make a point to never do business with.
