On their site the items were marked as dispatched and delivered so there was no way i could then cancel. Despite 1 call from me and 3 emails asking for the items to be cancelled if they would not agree compensation they still persisted and tried to deliver the items 3 days late on the Tuesday. We refused delivery and shortly after the money was deducted from our bank,we are still waiting on this being returned 9 days later. While…read morethey were prompt in providing an estimate and carrying out the work, several issues came up during the works that they did not handle well. The scotia/beading had been glued on and, thus, could not be removed without damaging it. However, in replacing it, they used untreated pine despite the floor being oak and chose a type that makes it stand out prominently, rather than blending in with the floor or wall. We felt we had little choice but to accept the beading because they kept saying they were on a tight schedule and hadn't planned to have to do this. They also damaged the walls with the sanding machine in two places and did not manage to properly secure the wood for one threshold so it was loose again with a month or less. And, the beading has come loose in many places through the house.
