Contacted Creative Forge by website messaging and phone with no return answer. Also visited their facility twice and no one was around. Finally was able to reach an employee at the facility who relayed the problem and finally got a call back after two weeks. Was told that they would fix the problem in two weeks. Two weeks then three weeks went by without hearing from anyone. Decided to fix the problem myself at an expense of $300 materials plus hours of labor. Finally got a call from Creative Forge saying that they were coming to fix the problem. Told them that I was doing the work myself because we needed the railings fixed ASAP due to health issues for both my wife and myself. Told them the expense it had cost me and they never offered to reimburse for the materials and labor. Never would use them again. For those who decide to contract out to Creative Forge I wish you a lot of luck.

Put truck in dealership shop to prepare it for my trip. Four hours later, after bringing in a retired master tech, dealership determined it was a bad ground and re-wired it. Went to my trailer and lights still don't work. Next day I call T.P. Trailers and they say bring truck in. Three minutes and ninety five cents later I have a new fuse and my trailer lights work. Then the mechanic showed me what to do in case it happened again.
