Absolutely fantastic and personal customer service. Staff are willing to give you all the time needed to make sure you get a holiday that is the perfect fit. Nothing is too much trouble and they work really hard to get the best deals. Geraldine is the staff member that provides us with outstanding customer service but all staff are equally easy to deal with. We always book our transatlantic flights through them and they often end up being cheaper and with shorter layovers than anything I could get online. A really great travel agent. read more

Very poor service had to wait 45 min to be spoken too all be I obliged 2 people by letting them go in front of me for what was to be a few min. I sat and waited 45 min then asked was I ok I went to counter explained what I was looking for only to he told " oh it's 5/50 I won't have time to look can I come back .. eventually- 1 item came up and I asked to have it emailed to me was asked can I not bring it home and scan it to other parties . I had asked for several destinations but 2 days later haven't heard no more .. so it's a no no from me Connie I take my business else where thank you !! .. read more
