This is my favorite coffee shop. I often drive 30 minutes from my small town to Mugs in order to write my sermons there, because the space is just so nice and pleasant. This is the perfect coffee shop. Sits in an historic town square. Inside an historic old building. Has the brick walls, wood floors and comfy chairs that make you feel like you want to spend time hanging out. Then you meet the friendly ladies who make your fantastic Signature Latte. I am so happy I decided to walk into this coffee shop! Commerce is really lacking on food selection. There really aren't any local spots, but this is an absolute gem in their small downtown. It's only a couple min from the University, so that was super convenient for me. They have so much seating, and outlets everywhere! Perfect for college students. I chose a little table with and outlet and sat for 4 hours and was so comfortable the entire time. The whole place is just so cute...cute decorations, cute seating, tables, etc. the workers are friendly and the menu is great. The bathroom is cute and clean. I got a medium dirty chai latte...it was delicious! They have many flavors for drink options and some bakery items as well. My now go-to study spot! read more

Found a new happy place! My coffee was less than 4 dollars and they do refills for a lower cost since I was here for a while doing homework. A "Texas fall" snickerdoodle brewed coffee, Mexican vanilla and half and half... it was amazing! Was filled with families, some town group gathering, people reading, working, planning weddings (ALL 3 daughtersat same time!) and several group friends chatting. Great place! read more

I felt at home, the customers that worked here all day would chat with me, and the wonderful people working here made me feel at home. This is such a beautiful coffee shop all around. I absolutely love mugs!! I've gone a few times and it's just great. It's a great spot for college kids to hang out and get a caffeine fix while doing work! They are responsible priced so you aren't breaking the bank if you want to get coffee and a snack! I've had their signature latte and it was delicious and I've had their regular blacked iced coffee and it's great! Plus they have cards for every 9 drinks you get the 10th one free. It's always a warm and inviting atmosphere in the coffee shop. Students love it for studying, catching up or meetings.
