Sm Poke

Stopped in for some Poke and Ramen bowls with the fam. Hadn't tried this location. The staff were very friendly and the place was pretty packed. The Shio Ramen was good if not a little salty. My husband and son did not love their poke bowls however. They said it lacked flavor and was not overly impressed. Not sure I'll stop at this location again.

Shoyu Ramen is delicious here!

Always love coming to Mugi! Shoyu ramen is always top notch and everyone is always super friendly. Location is casual and it great for dining in quickly or pickup. I've never had a bad bowl here worth a try if you haven't been!

Spicy Shoyu Ramen

Solid ramen but honestly a little bit salty. The spicy shoyu was better than tonkatsu for me. The meat is some of the best meat in ramen that I've had. You can tell this is probably chinese owned but that's okay. They are also the owners of kung fu noodles which is cool.

Large bowl

The service is amazing. I think I might've met the owner. Very nice lady. This bowl is like 3 pounds for 17 bucks. I can't even believe that portion here! This is the first spot in town I've tried, but there is absolutely no way This is not the best in springs! Amazing thank you! I'll be back!!

Screw in my food! Found it in my mouth! Reached out to the company and they admitted fault and said they where missing 3 screws but were just waiting for them to "come up" that is not the kind of company I want to eat at. They said they would give me 10 free meals then I went in to get one and told me they didn't say that. Then later threatened me to take down my review. Mind you this is all from the owner! Somthing that could of been a learning moment for the company turned into loosing a family of loyal customers. What a shame.

Stopped here for lunch after a few hours of shooting across the street at Magnum. It's a fun little place that is immaculately clean. There was plenty of close in parking as well as marked handicapped spots. The beautiful dark haired woman at the front was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I found the options, especially seafood type options, to be limited. I ordered spicy ramen without the pork, with salmon added instead. I generally don't eat meat. The bowl showed up with a bowl of raw salmon on the side to the hot soup. I dumped them in and was happily eating my meal when I came across large pieces of pork. The very pork I asked may be replaced by salmon. I was annoyed and didn't really eat my soup much further. But I'd even half of it and would have felt terrible complaining so late in the game. The spicy itself was incredible. My three rating didn't really come from the meat mixup, it came from the 60 dollar bill for lunch for two people. Two simple lunches and two drinks is not 60 dollars in my world. Sadly, got me, it was a meal I really only got to enjoy half of due to pork in my bowl. The good is great. The service is first rate. The place is very clean but it is very very expensive.

Tonkatsu Ramen

Great ramen! Friendly service. Prices are on the high side, but what you'd expect these days, I suppose. $7 for (4) cocunut shrimp. Very clean. Loads of private parking. Food came out super fast. One of the best bowls of ramen I've had in the area. Worth a stop. A+

Gyoza

Although the store is small, it is well lit and clean, and the staff is friendly and inviting. The menus are up on the walls and I suggest you look at them closely! There are so many things to choose from. They have fountain drinks and bottled tea as well as hot tea. I was a little disappointed that there was no iced tea other than in bottles. My husband and I arrived at the perfect time, just before the lunch rush started. He ordered the veggie Ramen while I decided on the Gyodon from the Donburi menu. It is basically Japanese beef over rice. We also ordered some Gyoza. The food came out as it became ready. So I received my rice plate first then my husband got his bowl of Ramen. The gyoza came out last because they take longer to prepare. My husband enjoyed his Ramen, but the broth was a little bit creamy which he thought was OK, but preferred clear broth. My dish was very tasty, but I think next time I will order a build your own Poké bowl. Icosa were lightly fried and came with a delicious sauce. Everyone was very friendly and the store filled up quickly as lunch proceeded. It seems to be a very popular place and we will return to try some other items.

Spicy Shoyu Ramen

You go up to the counter and someone brings you your food. The spicy shoyu ramen and takoyaki were delicious! I've been craving ramen for so long and this resolved it. The store was quiet and peaceful when I was there and had cute chibis and red lanterns.

Tan tan Ramen closest and Tomato Ramen far Both were great. Service is fantastic.

Great place. Enjoyed tan tan Ramen and Tomato Ramen. Broth was fantastic. Staff were great. Very friendly. Could be a good place to eat before a concert.

After 2 years I finally found a decently good Ramen place. Yay! I have tried other places and they have disappointed. So I've had this place bookmarked for awhile and was finally able to visit. We got the Tonkotsu ramen which for me is the base of any good ramen place. If you can do this dish well good for you and if not, try something else. It was creamy, got a good depth of flavor and well cooked. We also tried their DIY poke. I love that you can have unlimited toppings and add-ins which is not the case at many poke places, especially ones in the Springs. That's a plus for sure! With everything mixed in we really enjoyed our poke as well. Lastly we got the chicken kaarage which was really tasty too. Overall we are pleased and I will definitely be back when I'm craving poke or ramen!

My wife and I like to travel and try different dishes. Today we are in Colorado Springs and decided to get some Ramen. I must say this was an excellent choice! The spices were perfect! Everything was on point. Thank you for your service.

We loved our poke. I was expecting the tuna to be larger pieces, but still enjoyed it and my kids seemed to like their miso ramen!

Updating per the poke I tried, the salmon is NOT fresh. Would rather go elsewhere for poke.

Im pretty picky about sushi texture but they did a great job. The crunch of the pickeled veggies hit the spot. Everything was nice and fresh as well. The servers were super friendly and quick with anything we needed. That combined with the clean and upscale atmosphere made it a great time. It is a bit pricey than our average place but good for a date or special occasion.

Fine but I wouldn't get it again. The highlight sushi wise was the sushi and sashimi combo. It came with a salad and 8 pieces of nigiri (tuna, salmon, escolar, and shrimp) and 9 pieces of sashimi (tuna, salmon, escolar) as well as a tuna roll. The sashimi slices were large and all delicious and the order was only $37. Of the basic rolls we had the unagi roll and the spicy hamachi roll. I could barely tell what kind of fish was in either as there was so little meat. Of the special rolls we had the kill bill and the Russian roulette. Both rolls were great and the Russian roulette was a super fun one as one of the pieces is very spicy. Great sushi for a great price that I would definitely come back to.
