Yes it's a little unusual to have a space like this in serviced offices but once you're in the Bespoke Health room, you're in Lorraine's capable hands. The room is small but adequately equipped and Lorraine makes you feel right at home, treating you like an old friend that she is so pleased to see. The prices are extremely competitive, especially for the city centre. I've had the wax so far but will go back for more. Call her up and see what she what she can do for you! I don't have a lot of massages (though wish I did!) and when I do, well, I tend to go to Spa's so that a massage is part of a relaxing day of pampering. However, my scepticism soon wore off. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, and able to wait in the business lounge where I made good use of my time and realised how perfect this set up is for busy professionals. Lorraine has turned her room into a little haven of tranquillity, full of warm, bright and welcoming colours, candles and cushions. As soon as you walk in, you start to feel the relaxation vibe working its magic. If I worked in that building, I'd be there every day! What a way to de-stress. My Monday treat was a back massage, and the only suitable word to describe it really is "WOW". I've not had one for, well, so long that I can't actually remember when it was, and so I really needed it. Now, over the years, I've had massages so painful that I've spent my entire time in a tense state, begging for it to end and suppressing screams whilst chanting "wimp" in my head. I've also had massages that feel like someone is ticking you with a feather, and a rather limp one, at that, the sort that feels like a total waste of money. Personally, I prefer the middle ground, where I can feel it doing something without submitting me to immense pain. Thankfully, this was exactly what I got; a great, firm and highly professional massage, working on my tense areas and using an oil that was still tingling and working into my muscles deliciously an hour later. Situated just off Victoria Square, opposite the Town Hall, Bespoke Health Studio is in a prime location for city workers to nip out and enjoy a de-stressing pamper during their busy working days. If you come into that category, then I cannot recommend Lorraine and Bespoke Health Studio enough! Get on the phone, and book yourself in before this rising star is booked months ahead!

Awful food and service! Be warned. The rice was off on the day it was delivered and gave me a food…read morepoisoning. The meat was salty as hell, table salt of course. I don't eat that much salt in a week never mind in one meal! The protein and vegetables were missing out of a packet too, when I emailed support they just ignored it. And yes, the potatoes were supposed weigh 150g according to their website, but when I weight it was just 80g. I've asked them to cancel next delivery which was due in two days and they said they've started preparing my food and can't cancel it anymore... They advertise as fresh! That's not fresh obviously! When it got delivered it was already all off and smelled terrible, like they made it days ahead of delivery. All ended up in the bin. Seriously, total liars and not worth any money. I wouldn't recommend their food to anyone, in fact I got ill from it and had to throw it all away. Their customer service is as bad and unhelpful as everyone says.

Pro gains has possibly the worst ever customer service I have ever encountered, I have used them…read morefor several months just because I was desperate. They don't reply to emails and when they do they are short and blunt and unfriendly. I never treat my customers like this. Also their service is nothing special, they basically add a small portion of boring old meat with carbs and veg, and you can just rotate this, but really you will get so bored of the plain taste you will not be able to keep it going for long. They don't even label the items so you don't know what is inside each food container. The worst part is the price, say it cost £4.70 per meal, a man need about 4-5 meals a day and would give you only 1800 cals approx. and would cost approx. £22, now £22 sounds a lot of money to spend on a diet delivery every day eating boring meals, with little flavour. There are many better company's out there that offer a full day including breakfast desserts and everything for less than £20 a day. and these companies have a vast selection of yummy food and desserts, which will tailor better macros than pro gain meals. I thought pro gains was good value but just found body chef so switching to them as there selection of food is vast. and you can switch and change things up its unreal. There are also a couple of other companies if you google and it works out less than progains, and at least you get yummy foods, and the macros are perfect. Also I am disgusted with the arrogance of the director marco that appeared on dragons den, this guy is so rude and things he is in the same league as bill gates, come on marco you make 1 million a year and that's not profit and you think you are a high profile businessman. I read in the sun the other day that marco thinks this site is worth 90 million. No way, he is lucky to make 300k a year profit in his business that does values a business at more like 1 million, but no one would pay that much for it. This company would be very very easy to copy, it is seriously overrated. Marco needs to get off his high horse and learn to be a bit more humble, advertising in the sun newspaper slating dragons den will just lower your status now!! SO I feel this business is being over valued in the terms of value and expectations. I will no longer use this company, also I am pleased it is not only myself leaving these reviews to show what pro gains customers think of them Thank you George k
