That was very nice because I did not want a patch on my new tire. Stopich oil (service)completely ruined a new set of tires for me in less than 8000 miles and then blamed me for the damage to the rear tires on a front wheel drive car. The car was very dangerous on wet roads right from the start and I payed for 4 wheel alignment, what a JOKE! long story short I brought the car to Tilberts and they fixed the rear alignment and stated it was WAY off and it was not my fault. I got it aligned + new tires through Tilberts and the car rides GREAT even on slippery roads. They also got me a good deal on tires that work great in snow.

Answering service was so friendly, and even had one of their drivers call me back to go over the situation, wasn't on my mind at the time to keep track of names, but I want to say it was either Matt or Adam - super sympathetic to the situation and went above and beyond offering help before he could get over to my mom who was stuck in a parking lot. Eventually got down there and helped my mom and the truck next to her that was stuck. Hopefully won't need to use them again, but if my vehicle or a friend/family member's vehicle is going to break down, I hope it's in Gene's Towing service area.
