Great find for all your meat processing needs. I took a deer here and it was ready in ten days. They only charged me .79cents per pound processing fee and 17.94 for some jalapeno cheddar smoked summer sausage "great deal". The meat was prepped great and the taste is phenomenal. They came in late to meet me for the drop off, and I showed up after hours again on Saturday to pick up the meat and they came up right away. This is the most AMAZING processors in the GREAT STATE OF TEXAS!!!!!!! The quality of their beef and pork are by far better than any competition in the little old German town of Muenster TX. This place is way out of the way, for someone from Portland Oregon. I wish they were closer to my place. I would be here all the time. The owner was there and very willing to help out the customers, I had great customer service, great products I wish I could have taken home on the plane.
