EXTREMELY high pressure sales promises you the world but don't follow through on those promises…read more They make you sign a contract the day they are there to guarantee the price. They promise you that after the project, they will come through your house and seal up leaks and "guarantee you'll see a 20% reduction in your utilities". When the sales guy came, they told me it would be about 10 weeks before they could get to the project. When they called to tell me when they had me scheduled for, it was 5 MONTHS out. Only when I complained and asked for my deposit back, did they find time to get in within the 10 weeks. Then today they showed up to "seal up the house". They just called to tell me that due to the age of house (the sales guy was AT THE HOUSE AND KNEW HOW OLD IT WAS WHEN HE MADE THESE PROMISES) they were only able to make a 3% reduction!! They cost A LOT more than others but I went with them ONLY because they promised to seal the house up which was basically worthless!!!! DON'T BE GULLIBLE AND GET SCREWED LIKE I DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, the bathroom is nice but NOT $10,000+ nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
