Yipes ... once again, actually twice again I have been bamboozled. I left it at the warehouse and am hoping they refund me for their mistake at best, false advertising/fraud at worst. Again .. only buy what you SEE PHOTOGRAPHED because they don't check inside the boxes, and they tend to err on the side of 'more valuable.' My other issue was late last month, I won an 'appears new, overstock item, never sold' Christmas tree, only to get it home to find one giant section missing and no base. (also, clearly a customer return because it still had the guy's return address on the box) No biggie, $15 and a Saturday of driving. I bid on the same tree a few weeks later and got it for $20, and between the two of them, I Frankensteined together a reasonable tree. I never complained about the tree, but I've written to customer service about the wrong chair, which I left at the warehouse and I hope someone figures out quick enough to offer it as a 2nd chance to the people I was bidding against ... and give me my money back.

My wife and I were looking for a new dining room set and came into Landeros furniture outlet to…read morecheck their products. Soon after we stepped into the store, Oscar Cardozo politely greeted us and asked us what were we shopping for so we started talking about the dining room set. He started to show us their different sets and prices and even offered an interesting payment plan which was interest free for quite some time. Then, he let us roam around the store for a few minutes before he came back and offered his help once again. He quoted us an attractive and reasonable price on a set we liked which is the Vilo Tuscan Hills. We told him we needed some time to think about it before we made a final decision to which he politely understood, so we left the store that day. After talking it over with my wife we made the decision to go back and get it, I called Oscar and made arrangements to come by the store and pay for it. We came back and made the financial settlement, set delivery time and address and left the store. Oscar was very attentive and professional. The next day the delivery team came to our house delivered and assembled the dining set, they were on time and very pleasant. Soon after they left and we were having lunch on our new dining set. I want to say that before we made our final decision I personally checked their reviews on yelp and other websites, I saw a number of negative reviews. However I decided to give Oscar and his team the benefit of the doubt and give them the opportunity to fullfil what they have promised us. Most people who leave negative reviews in my opinion are the same people who complain all the time about everything because they are unreasonable and insecure and if they don't get their way they even complain about racism when racism is practically non existent in this country and the only ones who practice it are the same ones who complain about it. So, use common sense and don't listen to the fake news. These guys at Landeros Furniture are professional, thank you Oscar we will be back.

Purchased a sectional NOT EVEN A YR AGO and it already broke just by simply laying on the couch no movement or anything and it just caved in and the wood that holds the leg broke completely off...They only offer a "90 day warranty" .
