We were asked where we wanted to go ..... all passengers were more than happy to let Ben show us the best Mudgee had to offer ...... and being a Tuesday we were very happy with the 5 wineries we visited. We took off at about 9:15am and dropped off home at about 3pm .... door to door service .... you can't beat that!!! I highly recommend calling Ben for a booking if coming to Mudgee for some wine tasting or sight seeing ...... included is a yummy local produce platter ..... so no one goes hungry. I had the best time & now will taking great memories and an awesome selection of wines home. I will be back !!!! ..... 100 % !!!

What an amazing tour. We had so much fun on our private tour with Matt. We are big animal and…read morenature lovers and we love to learn, so this was perfect. Matt had found so many hidden gems to see from local plants, birds, batts and reptiles, to experiences with Koalas, meerkats, and emus. The day never felt rushed, but we got to see all the animals and have the experiences we dreamed of. Matt is a stellar driver so we felt safe at all times, he's super collaborative on how to spend the time, and thoughtful beyond expectation to ensure we had great places to eat even with 2 vegans and 1 celiac. And to top it off, he's the kind of guy you can just relax with, get to know each other, and laugh a lot. It was an amazing day. Highly recommend. And he's an amazing photographer who spent the day taking pictures so we could just enjoy the time without the hassle of grabbing the phone.

The caves are amazing in that they have been well preserved and a steady stream of families come from near and far to walk down the caves and hear the information the young lad shares with the tourist. This is an ideal spot for families. There is a picnic area before the entrance to the caves and there is a well looked after fenced off area for native animals and birds. There is a well facilitated caravan park beside the caves. Parking for cars and caravans is not a problem.

We hadn't been here for around 40years and were very pleasantly surprised at how easy the walk from the shop and the tours were. There is no booking just roll up and take your chances when it is school holidays as it is very popular. It is the best thing to do on a hot day.

I am so glad we did. Once we arrived, we got the hop on hop off bus which was super easy to use. It's a round trip starting from Kombucha Station and made getting around really convenient without having to stress about directions or parking. The views along the way were already beautiful, but nothing compared to when we actually got there. The landscape is stunning with lush forests, dramatic cliffs and waterfalls. It feels like you have stepped into a postcard. One of the highlights was Scenic World. We did the steepest railway in the world. It is as wild as it sounds. Super steep, feels like a rollercoaster going down through the forest, and somehow still family friendly and so much fun. It was one of those experiences that really sticks with you. If you are into hikes, epic views or just need a break from the city, this place is a must. Just be prepared for a bit of a drive and bring your camera.
