Said they needed to call 811 and have them mark for areas they needed to stay away from, so grinding took another few days. No problem at all and Melissa in their office was extremely responsive and communicated this all to me. The reason for me not giving them 5 stars was because when the guy came to grind the stumps, he was only able to do 1 out of the 3 trees that were cut. One was because the machine wouldn't fit through our fence and the other because he wasn't sure if he would hit a water line. Not a huge deal because we were going back and forth about getting them ground anyway. Just something to keep in mind when hiring them. Melissa was able to decrease the quoted price because of this, so that was nice. I'd use them again, but keep in mind that they may not be able to get into tight spaces and if you don't know where your water lines run underground, you'd be taking a risk.

I was referred to Wise Cut thru my CPA. Steve Marchese came paired with a high rating, not only in…read morecharacter, but in professional skills. Steve gave me an arrival time that he kept.I was truly impressed when Steve and his crew arrived. The equipment was awesome and working. They got right on the job. The crew was skilled and respectful of property. That, I was very happy with. This was a good size job, but Steve had each worker synced with the other that, it was all made to look easy. There were no men sitting around smoking and doing little of nothing. Everyone worked. Steve had every bit of equipment and/or tools he needed for the job. That was another great point for his business. He was also accommodating when asked questions. Consumers are very cautious. The furrows on my forehead slowly disappeared as the day came to an end. After a few questions and 2-3 times checking n how things were going and how everything looked, the furrows disappeared completely. Steve disclosed how much he appreciates his wife's work in the business. He says his wife (Elizabeth)is a master on the bobcat and with the business overall. Now that is what you call a "grand Man" y'all, a man that can brag on his wife in the so called men only business. Kudos for the Marchese(s). I put a pic of the business card for Wise Cut. Steve Marchese is also a licensed Arborist. I learned a lot from Steve's work with the trees and shrubbery. Wise Cut 504-329--0542 So.
