The people in the office don't talk to each other so they were never on the same page, so you know things were aways screwed up. Look I could go on about them on a number of things, but if you use them you will find out just how horrible they are. O and I took them to court and got a judgment against them.

Shady. This is the worst rental agency I have ever rented from. I was unfortunate to not be able to afford a deposit to move elsewhere, and was stuck in a dingy, disgusting, falling apart home that was ill taken care of prior to my move in. Everyone I ever spoke to in the office was BEYOND rude, unhelpful, and acted like my presence was a nuisance. Here is the worst part: they are withholding $300 from my security deposit for paint. The picture they showed me to justify this was a picture of a PIECE OF TAPE that was left on the wall. Absolute disgusting behavior. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

They will file evictions prematurely, to falsifying pictures as proof of why they are not returning your full deposit, to not providing detailed proof of why they are keeping your deposit. DO NOT rent from this company. Keeping your deposit becomes their main goal from the moment you sign your lease. Take a lot of before and after pictures of everything (lawn, trees, the entire house, and outside of the house, the street too). Chris Naper and the entire Allstar Management company are some unrighteousness humans. This company will not make it far operating off these immoral principles. You cannot do wrong by people and expect good things to follow. Karma will definitely have its way with your entire company. See you in the news soon. Wish I could give you a big fat ZERO because that's what you deserve. This company is sad
