After showing her a couple pictures of me with "good brow days", she cleaned and mapped my brows. We then decided together the best thickness of my brows based on my preference and facial features. I'll be honest - I made more than 1 u-turn getting to the new spot, which is only directly accessible going northbound on Independence. If you're traveling south, you have to make u-turn. And if you miss it going north, you may have to make several. Now that I know where it is, I won't miss it again! Look for the red State Farm sign at the entrance to the professional center before turning in. I do really like this new spot which is solely for EA Esthetics. The entrance is lovely and welcoming, with beautifully-displayed retail merchandise to browse while you wait for your esthetician. It seems like an overwhelming selection of serums, lotions, washes, etc. but you will get an expert-recommendation after a consult with Emily or the other staff. On this visit, I was taken back for my treatment right at my appointment time. Amanda was kind enough to make sure I was comfortable before beginning - I was in for a long haul (2+ hours!). About halfway through treatment, I got chilly and she had a cozy blanket ready for me. She explained each step of the process so I knew what to expect and I was so happy with the results. I was a little scared at how dark my brows were initially, but as promised, they lightened to a perfect tint within a couple of days. Their website is so easy to use for booking and gives a detailed description of service and prices. For both my brows and lashes, it cost over $200, but this definitely seems to be competitive with other VB spas. I was incredibly happy with my results and will return for touch-ups, as recommended, in a few weeks. I have had a great experience each time I have been in and highly recommend Emily and Amanda for any skincare need!

The receptionsit gave me the card to "the owner" Oxana. I called the number while in the salon and some dude answered saying I had the wrong number. Like, what is going on here? So I was given the number to a salon she was working at. Mark took a message and I am waiting for a call back. I came with a friend who has a lash appointment so I'm stuck waiting here for the next 2 hours. Awful. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. The search results came up with iBeauty Eyebrows. I tried to call to make an appointment, but no answer. However, a text message immediately followed. Our communication and appointment was done entirely via text and very efficiently too, I must say. She was able to fit me in the next day early in the morning which worked out perfectly for me. She texted early in the morning to confirm my appointment (around 7 am and my appointment was at 8:35 am). Just a note on location, she is located inside Sola Salons which I later discovered is a well know chain of stores that houses a variety of skincare, spa, nail, hair and other self care professionals all under one roof. She is located in suite 23. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and she arrived promptly. I guess I was her first client. There's a little bench outside the suite. Randip is super personable and asked me questions about what I wanted before she began her work. She took pics of my face and studied it for a few minutes before making her recommendations. She also said she would do some threading and leave some room for adjustments if needed. Loved the way she did my eyebrows! She did exactly what she said, she did some and then asked me to assess. Then, I requested a bit more and then she made adjustments. I think this may have been the first time in a very long time, that I did not have to ask to have the remaining little eyebrow hairs to be plucked under the arches. A lot of pros in the past have not threaded close enough and have chopped the hairs a little too short and they've had to pluck what they couldn't thread. Not sure if prices have gone up in the industry, due to the pandemic and other factors, but it was $20 for the service. I have been used to paying anywhere from $13-15, but that was also over a year ago and prices for just about everything has changed. Worth every penny! She operates by appointment only, so just text the number. Stay safe, Friends!

Facility was neat and clean and was greeted immediately and all staff was friendly! Consultation. Nat provided my service. It was a bit rough to get what I wanted at first. The young lady who greeted me and initiated the appointment told me my request for "Cutie" will NOT look good which I found odd as this is my go to at other salons. I took to that red flag and asked for her recommendation because obviously she was limited to what she can make 'look good'. When I begin to ask important questions to narrow down what would be applied, she keep telling me 'no'. Anther employee came from the back and addressed my concerns which all turned out to be a "yes." Application (80pc, Natural, premium silk). I did ask the Tech how long she had been doing this and Nat said 5 months. I suppose the reason for the inconsistency resulted. Left eye dose not have nearly as many lashes than the right. Right eye is inconsistently full with exception of the inner corner we're there are noticeably only a few. I will go back once more and try a new tech to see if I can get better results. They don't look crazy at least! However, I know I can get better work done.
