None of the other stores even thought to look into it. They paid half of what they picked out at others store and for a better quality floor. They are super happy with their floors. Communication and the ordering process has always been an easy process. There is no sales person or different employees you deal with. You order and you can either pick it up or have it delivered to your doorsteps. So far no one has beat them in customer service and pricing in the Austin, Travis County area. Highly recommend Warren and his team to do business with!

Sunday came and went with zero communication. I texted asking for an ETA--no response. I called hours later--no answer. I followed up again that evening--still nothing. Being completely ignored after making plans twice is extremely frustrating, especially in the middle of a construction project where timing matters. A simple message would have gone a long way.
