The finical aid department is just there to siphon money from you, they couldn't give a fuck less about you, oh and if they make a mistake, be ready to pay for their fuck up, because of there fuck ups in the past for verifying attendance saying I was there, when I clearly wasn't, I've had to pay the VA back close to a 1000 dollars, VETERANS BE WARNED OF THIS SCHOOL, THEY WILL SAY YOU CAN USE YOUR GI BILL AND DONT HAVE TO USE ANYTHING ELSE, READ THE FINE PRINT, I was told I would only have to make payments while I attended, well what they fail to inform is they constantly stack tuition charges on and tool charges so that you end up with more than you signed for, I now owe over 3 grand when my last payment should've been this month, regardless do not go to this monetary siphoning succubus of a company, the instructors are the only valuable thing about this school, wonderful teacher, BUT THE STAFF??? Idk what happened there, they are beyond incompetent, they threaten you with your own benefits, and they threaten you with not being able to graduate, VETS STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, UTI TOOK OVER AND ITS GONE TO COMPLETE AND ABSOLUTE SHIT. This school can take you to higher places in life and career but you can't just finish the course and think someone will hand you a job. You Put a 100% in and that's what you will receive back. Collegiate Housing scammed funds…read morepaid to for them substandard living quarters.  Not only are they taking my money, but they are also saying that we are not entitled to any housing assistance.  I am incredibly frustrated with these accommodations. CHS has the WRONG move-in date (9th instead of 10th) again, charging us more!  Essentially, I paid close to $800 for what amounts to 9 days! I want my money back!! This situation is unacceptable!  We made it clear to CHS that at my son does NOT have transportation! Please correct this situation!  Neither Andrew nor I went to Houston only to be taken advantage of. I am very disappointed in this entire program.

To help our students prepare for life, prepare for careers and have a plan for their future. In our welding program we have over 150 years of combined experience. Our HVACR instructors are running close to that and our Auto and DIesel instructors run way above that. While some students may have some challenges with some instructors, thats understandable and never an excuse to have some attitude disparities, remember in life, you will deal with that, you will have co-workers and bosses that you will not get along with. With that said, I am very proud of our Austin team... we have changed many lives, and many many more to go. We are here to serve you and I know that we will always improve to be better for our current and future students and staff.
