Accommodated all of us easily-keeping social distancing rules. The funeral home attendants were quite respectful. The trip to the cemetery was done with 3 police escorts. It felt a little sketchy but I must say Waco amazing-Everyone pulled over to the side of the road the police even stopped traffic wherever we were including on Highway 6. Remarkable in this day and time.

I am the pastor of Church of the Open door in Bellmead, Tx. On the weekend of Jan 25,2026, Waco experienced a severe ice storm! Ice still covered our parking lots by Tuesday, when the truck delivers the food for us to distribute to families in need in our area, which we do on Mondays and Wednesdays. Jerry passed by as we had pallets of food that were unloaded, which we weren't able to get into the building, because of the ice that covered our concrete ramp at the rear of the building. As he became aware of our difficulty, he just volunteered and brought his skid steer and employees, and not only cleared the ice from the ramp, but from most of the front parking lot, as well...preparing the way for people to be helped on the following day! This kind of community mindedness, and his willingness to help, seems to bear witness to the quality of work that I believe you can expect from the many services, that "Jerry's Tree Services" offers, as well!
