There were a lot of spots missed, even the countertops in the kitchen still had some cup rings after she left. Overall it felt more like a surface clean. It was definitely too big of a job for one person. There was only woman who came to clean and I think she did the best she could, but it was rushed and not thorough. I hired another company, who have been doing an amazing job.

I value loyalty whenever reasonable. So I had her and two of her employees clean my new home before I moved in. It took them NINE HOURS to clean a new house with fresh paint and new carpets and still managed to do a terrible job. There was dust and moths in the window sills, light fixtures not touched at all, blinds were dusty, doors and doorknobs were gross. I told her what was wrong and she said I was wrong and that the house was filthy and that she did a great job. I tried to give her a chance to fix it but she kept giving excuses and eventually just did a no-show, no-excuse. During my move I got bit by my cat getting her into the kennel and ended up in the hospital for two days and didn't respond to her about her fake excuses right away and she told me I was lying about being injured. I would not recommend this business to anyone who expects quality work or accountability and reliability.

More like 2 1/2 stars. They arrived 10 minutes early which is nice, And they did stay for exactly…read morethe whole 2 hours. They were very slow though. I got a groupon for $60 for 4 man-hours of cleaning (maybe that was my problem). It wasn't even worth the discounted price I paid because much of my house is still dirty. I found them stopped talking a couple times, which would have been fine if they didn't work slowly anyway. I have a 3000 sf house, exactly 1000 sf on each level. I told them not to worry about the basement and not to touch the stove (ours is hard to clean). I also said not to worry about vacuuming since I needed to clean the ceiling fan and would have to vacuum again anyway. They did vacuum though. When I heard the vacuum, I decided not to remind them since it would only take a few minutes. It took longer than it should have. They did the whole main level (1 half bathroom, kitchen, dining, 2 living areas) and an upstairs bathroom and the sink of a third bathroom. That's barely over a 1000 sf in 4 hours! They didn't do windows, baseboards, ceiling fans, oven, smudges on doors, vacuuming stairs, etc. They did a good job on what they got to. It wasn't a deep cleaning though. I have had a different cleaning service come before, and it has taken four hours to deep clean everything (except the basement) even when my house was very dirty. This time, my house was not that dirty (it wasn't that clean either). They were nice and professional, and they seem honest as well. They are not a $25/ hour cleaning service in my opinion though.

The day of the appointment I called twice around 1400 to get an eta. she said she thought it was for a different day. I agreed to this. it's been 30 minutes past this she won't answer calls and she's obviously not coming. Do not hire this cleaner. Horrible customer service and follow through. You will be disappointed. The least you could do as a business owner is give a courtesy call saying you won't be able to do this after all not just ignoring calls when you agreed to do a service. This is just a sad excuse for business practice.
