Fortunately a good neighbour of the shop saw the packets and took them in, delivering them to the shop today, when they reopened. After many emails and web page formulas filed, because they did not respond to even one, many hours chasing up my parcel that sometimes they denied they had it, others that they did, I finally received my goods 14 days after the programmed delivery date. This is despicable service. It is not the first time. It is every time. I will assure as many people as possible know about this. Mi paquete, junto con el de otros envíos de SEUR, se quedó en la calle. DEJADOS EN LA CALLE por su chofe. Como les informé anteriormente, la tienda de colección estuvo cerrada toda la semana pasada. Afortunadamente un buen vecino de la tienda vio los paquetes y los recogió, entregándolos en la tienda hoy, cuando reabrieron. Después de muchos emails y formularios de páginas web mandados, porque no respondían ni a uno, muchas horas persiguiendo mi paquete que a veces negaban tenerlo, otras que sí, finalmente recibí mi mercancía 14 días después de la fecha de entrega programada. Este es un servicio despreciable. No es la primera vez. Es cada vez. Me aseguraré de que la mayor cantidad de gente posible sepa sobre esto.

I have spoken with numerous customer service agents but they aren't interested... One said it was tax office that was holding it up. Another said they had everything they needed. Another said they never had the information... Not a great experience. Worst courier by far! We use DHL also and get deliveries within 48 hours from UK. My parcel has now been in transit for 19 days!!! I will NEVER use seur again
