My parcel, along with that of other SEUR deliveries, was left in the street. LEFT IN THE STREET by their driver. As I informed them previously, the collection shop was closed all last week. Fortunately a good neighbour of the shop saw the packets and took them in, delivering them to the shop today, when they reopened. After many emails and web page formulas filed, because they did not respond to even one, many hours chasing up my parcel that sometimes they denied they had it, others that they did, I finally received my goods 14 days after the programmed delivery date. This is despicable service. It is not the first time. It is every time. I will assure as many people as possible know about this. I've been waiting on a parcel to be delivered (was due 9/4/22) its now 23/4/22. I paid duties as soon as the request arrived. I sent all relevant customs paperwork when asked. I have spoken with numerous customer service agents but they aren't interested... One said it was tax office that was holding it up. Another said they had everything they needed. Another said they never had the information... Not a great experience. Worst courier by far! We use DHL also and get deliveries within 48 hours from UK. Are they serious? I order two expensive items from Amazon, from the same seller They supposed to deliver on Monday, I was at home waiting when I see from the Amazon interface that they tried the delivery but I was not at home... really? no one ringed the bell or tried to call me! One week the package stock on their warehouse, I call and the answer is always "Tomorrow we deliver it". Thursday they delivered only one of the package, and the other one no one know why but is still stock on their warehouse. Please international companies and national companies DO NOT USE this delivery services. They have a terrible customer service, they lose, break or not deliver the deliveries. The delivery agents are extremely rude and untrusted, unwilling to do anything or help you out. Its REALLY BAD. Please stop using this service in Spain. I have so many incidents. It´s so frustrating. I gave this company 1 star only because I could not give them nothing, they blatantly lie on their tracking systems to ensure their service levels stay good, we have now waited in 5 days for a delivery, checking tracking system every day, it show 2 days where they say they have attempted delivery and left cards, and 3 where they say they cannot find our house as the address is wrong, go onto the email they send you and there is our address in blue, click on it and a satellite map appears with our house on it with a map pin right in the middle of our roof, only house in road, they don't even bother looking for us, I even sent them a map and 2 phone numbers, can't be bothered to contact me, what a waste of time they are. Worst company in the history of transport. Stay away from them. read more
