Doctors are, you know....people. You don't want to evaluate them with the callousness with which you might describte, say, a crepe stand. On the flip side, choosing a primary care physician is hard. You have to pick a random name off of a list and suddenly that person is you go-to for every question and ailment. Unlike the crepes, other people's opinions could be really helpful for longer than a few hours... Fortunately for me, Dr. Graziani is a great doctor, so I don't have to stress about the relative ethics of bashing her on a public website. She is kind, thorough, smart, and gets an extra star for being the first doctor in awhile to take an invested interest in my nemesis, migraines. I'd recommend her. I am recommending her. That's the whole point of the whole thing. The first was for an annual check up, which was very easy to schedule over the phone. At the end of this appointment, I tried to schedule a follow up appointment for some bloodwork and a vaccination. I was told that you cannot make appointments in-person and had to do so online, which I found a bit frustrating because I prefer making my follow ups while there so I don't forget. After my first visit, I was sent information via email regarding how to sign up for their online portal. I did so and attempted to make the follow up appointments I needed, sadly the website is tricky to navigate, and the "services" I needed, did not appear as options for me to select while scheduling. Five months later... I finally got around to calling and was able to make the appointment over the phone but learned that they no longer do bloodwork in house. I was easily able to schedule my vaccination appointment with options as early as the same day and next day. This week I arrived early by for my 8:15 AM appointment. I was seen about 10 minutes late, but that's fine. I was provided with paperwork regarding the vaccination I was receiving and then administered the vaccine. This process took about 10 minutes start to finish. After leaving, I realized that I do not have a follow up appointment scheduled yet, and will need one. I plan to call sooner than later to ensure I don't go another five months without returning. I've found the staff members to be kind and professional. I really liked Molly Lee, who did my annual as she was thorough and informative. In a perfect world, I'd be able to schedule my next appointments while there in person.

So I don't know what kind of healthcare they give but patient care at this cilty which is represented in the first case by the people who answer the phones, was horrendous and shameful. But it's a number that was given and it was the same number that I was given when they she gave me the right number to call. So their system doesn't even check to see where somebody is trying to make an appointment which makes this even worse. She persuaded me to give it one more try I did.
