I take away some nugget of wisdom every hour I am with him. I view my time with Troy as valuable for my emotional and mental health as much as my gym membership is for my physical health or my time in church for my spiritual health and I will pay for his services even if I am not going through some crisis or hardship at this point. Last thing I will say that has been important to me after using several therapists is people tend to search for a specialist or a certification that matches their prompt issue and that may work until your problem seemed fixed then you start questioning the value you get in subsequent visits. That has caused me to go in and out of different offices for about 10 years and I felt like I was rehashing the same issue over and over but in a different department. Troy has been my one stop shop and can really empathize with me in a variety of areas due to his own life experiences and journey. He has a lot of rapport from my standpoint as well as education which means a lot to me. I really cant say enough good things about him. Thank you for helping me navigate this journey of life.

We both got a reading for an hour each and she was pretty spot on on a lot of things. She answered all my questions in the reading and at the end she gives you 3 questions that you can ask. I didn't know what to expect so I didn't come prepared. There's only so much she can read in the cards. You gotta open up and talk to her so that she can elaborate on the details and read the cards in more detail. I'll be better prepared next time. She was super spunky and super friendly. We had a lot of fun with our readings. I'm sure we will be back in the future.

I was not at all surprised to find that Victoria was booked out (because she is THAT GOOD). However, the universe brought me an opportunity to connect with Simply Reiki's, massage therapist, Angelica Torres, for a Sunday morning appointment. I had never experienced a Reiki treatment with massage therapy (I added the hot stones + aromatherapy) and OMG it was surreal! It was the quiet, physical healing that I needed in that moment of sitting with utter chaos in my nervous system. What also blew my mind was Angelica's intuitive gifts. I was not expecting that, but she read me like a book before she even laid hands on me, and without me telling her one word about what I was going through. Her presence was gentle, grounded, and comforting like a soothing balm. Her energy, and her words were incredibly powerful and validating and exactly what I needed to hear that day. (Bonus she spoke to me in Spanish!) She's a true energy worker and worth every penny. I highly recommend Angelica for the massage + reiki treatments. You will be glad you did. I walked out of her office feeling 10x better than I walked in! Para los que nunca han experimentado un tratamiento de Reiki combinado con un masaje, les recomiendo agendar una cita con Angelica. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Stephanie D. McKenzie for couple counseling. I struggled with…read morerather or not to write this review, but I think it's worth telling. My partner wanted to give her a try. So we went to see her 3-4 times over the course of 1-2 years. We didn't see her often for two reasons, she was often unavailable and we both have done a horrible job of following through. Most sessions were just casual talking. There didn't seem to be anything organized before we arrived. Some form of homework was typically given. The sessions were done as a couple... there was one session in which he was sent out of the room and she talked to me for 20 minutes. So I genuinely felt like she didn't get to know me, not her fault at all. We just didn't go enough times. Which brings me to my next point... most recently, my partner wanted us both to go again. He emailed her and she told him... there was no need to bring me that I wasn't open to forgiveness. I was shocked. This really hurt me and I really found this to be quite unprofessional because she did not reach out to me at all. Even if I did give off that vibe... it's just not true. I want forgiveness for myself but I've struggled getting there having been hurt badly in the relationship. Hence why we were there. Never in a million years did I expect to get written off for the very thing I wanted help with. I did reach out to her and her response to me was my "energy" never showed an interest to heal. And she wishes I would heal. And "I'll need to do that". So if you're an imperfect being struggling with unforgiveness... this is not a safe place to heal. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. Update: For clarification. Stephanie did not reach out to me with opportunities to meet as mentioned below.

She was able to schedule through Facetime and we met. I loved meeting with her! She said a lot that all made sense but also warned me of needed to clear my heart chakra. I also said I didnt understand what I needed to heal from. She let me know she could help me with that as well -- because I pulled the Chariot, she said yes sometimes you get cut and you keep moving forward and don't even realize you're bleeding and that really resonated with me and who I am as a person. I barely gave her any information and she knew so much. She also gave me lots of hope for the future which is what I was seeking. I plan to definitely schedule again for healing and more readings -- BUT PLEASE schedule with her if you're even thinking about it. She is worth it!! Highly recommend! ** i want to add (since i just read 1 star reviews on Anna) i am not at a low point in my life. i am not pining over a man. i am not dealing with a great loss. i actually have a lot of good fortune currently. i was not looking for someone to heal me or predict my future. Anna is a *spiritual *guide who may tell you what you're physical brain/body is not willing to see. She helps you become more enlightened maybe about situations of your past or how you should navigate the future. i dont really believe she is greedy, she charges $65 for ~30 minutes and i've seen it cost much more. i am really disappointed in some of the 1 star reviews - maybe you weren't open to the truth or you were just a pure skeptic. hoping you find your peace but don't blame it on Anna!
