I cannot function. I cannot work because of the sickness this has caused me, so I will lose my job, but I promise, I will spread the word about them on every platform that I can. I have called and spoken to several supervisors, promised to receive a call back and notthing. I finally got in touch with Karen M., Senior Quest Experience Support Liaison. Well, this Karen states she will return calls, emails, text messages. She has returned one and told me she would reach out to the medical director and get back with me ASAP and it has been a week now. I've tried to be nice and I've tried to explain that I believe we all can make mistakes and I just need theirs corrected and I explained what I needed. I suppose I'm not important enough to them, but I will make sure they remember my name at every location that I've ever seen them at before this is all over with. People have died because they have sent in the wrong results or miss handled the specimen. All I asked is for them to own up to their mistake so I can get my treatment and feel better. So please, if you're a smart person, stay away from them because if not, you're just playing a game of Russian Roulette. They are playing with my livelihood and my well-being. They have so many suits against them as it is, you would think they would step up and do the right thing. Only good thing I can say about them is if you work for them you're probably golden because they don't wanna own up to what they have wronged.

We always see Dr Carl and each and every time we do, he takes the time to listen to us and his bedside manner is fantastic. Our meds are called in to our pharmacy promptly and there hasn't been any issues in getting our health back. Other urgent cares we have been to have been very slow, despite online appointments made in advance, and the diagnosis has been wrong causing us to have to return several times to get things right. Because the way they submitted it to insurance got denied. in addition the care was poor and so was the front desk i spoke to. Will never return.
