I enjoyed cooking when I had children at home but now I am happy to microwave something quickly and get on with life. Grocery store frozen dinners are terrible. When the pandemic hit, I no longer felt comfortable dining in restaurants. As if the pandemic was not bad enough, I then found out I was pre-diabetic. The Chef's Cuisine was the answer to my problems. Many of Chef Jason's meals are low carb and low sugar. The roasted vegetables are well seasoned and unlike anything I can buy. If you think you don't like brussels sprouts or broccolini, you haven't tried The Chef's Cuisine! The Arctic Char, NY Strip, and salmon are like entrees from an elegant restaurant. I have ordered three times and have been delighted with every meal. That first bite of NY Strip with Chimichurri Sauce was a burst of flavor on a tiring day that immediately took me back to happier past memories in classy restaurants celebrating occasions with loved ones and friends and gave me hope for the future.
