It has been sometime since this occurred but I think it deserves a review. I do not write negative…read morereviews but what I went through with this woman and company was unforgettable. I was getting married in Portugal in September 2018. I had given Rosa Maria all the necessary documents to translate back in April . It took me about 3 months to get the documents notarized and mailed to me. Without these documents I could not get married on Sept 22. One month before my wedding I had asked her where the documents were. She said she had mailed them to me . She omitted and ignored me after 5 times of calling and emailing her on which was the tracking number. Well it turned out she never sent these legal documents with certified mail and input the incorrect addresses. She refused to answer my messages and I had one month to redo everything again. I had to rush everything again And have another company do it for me and cost me an additional $574 in addition to the $325 I already had paid her. She refused to give me the money back and never apologized for her irresponsibility This doesn't even matter as in comparison to the stress she put me through . She was rude and unprofessional. I ended up translating my documents with South Florida Translation for the same amt and much faster. This has been long overdue but necessary for people to know.
