I paid Mitch Moore his quoted price of replacing a section of sewer line with his assurance that…read morethe section of my lawn would be leveled back out and fixed after the work was done. Instead, he left the job with piles of dirt and open trenches and the sewer overflow pipe sticking several feet above ground. This was in March 2014 and it is now October 2014 and after my multiple phone calls and pleas for him to come back and finish the job, he has now flatly refused and told me to haul in dirt to fill the trenches and hire someone else to clean up the mess.
