This is the second time Charles has helped me. First he put together a VERY difficult TV stand/Fireplace that came out SUPER. Today he installed both Kitchen and bathroom faucets. While fixing the Bathroom, he noticed the drain pipe was held together ONLY by rust and gunk leaking out. Saved us from major mess. I cannot recommend him enough!!! He is honest and conscientious! Both qualities are hard to come by these days. Since my son found him on the internet, he has also helped 2 of my neighbors, as well. We can't say enough good about him and his helper (Ally, his wife). They are wonderful to work with!!!! They were also very careful with charges. Do yourself a favor. If you need help, give them a call!! read more

It took multiple attempts to get an appointment to come back, when I did get one he didn't show up after I waited all day at home. When I got in touch with him, he said he couldn't be here that day it's a two hour drive and only a five minute job. So I let him pick any other time and date, he didn't show up then either. Attached photos of how he left it. I even bought a saw to trim the corners of the building so he could straighten it out better. Then when I made negative comments on his Facebook business page where he claimed they use every tool and technology to do the job right, he took down the post and blocked me. Not very professional

This was in March 2014 and it is now October 2014 and after my multiple phone calls and pleas for him to come back and finish the job, he has now flatly refused and told me to haul in dirt to fill the trenches and hire someone else to clean up the mess.
