Not only did he know exactly what to do, but he had me laughing with jokes while still being totally on top of things. Being that I drive a Toyota it's safety features were being a pain--it kept relocking itself and setting off the alarm while he tried to get in, so he had to pop the hood and disconnect the battery to get the keys out(which he forewarned me about). On top of it being a fussy Toyota, my driver door is messed-up & my hood latch, so I know my service was a PITA but he stayed calm and patient the entire time. I was so grateful he was the one sent out. He wouldn't even let me tip him! I honestly couldn't not have had a better experience. If you're ever locked out, I hope you get someone like him.
