Of course, the car wouldn't start on a Sunday when almost everything was closed. We honestly thought we were going to need a tow, but thankfully we found Jesse. He drove about 30 minutes out of his way on a Sunday to come help us. He jumped the car, got us back up and running, and saved us from having to be towed. But here's what really deserves the five stars: Jesse actually followed us to the repair shop afterward just to make sure we made it there safely. That told me everything I needed to know about the kind of person he is. He didn't just show up, do the job, collect his money, and leave. He genuinely cared that we were okay. When you're stranded away from home, you hope the person who shows up is trustworthy, kind, and willing to help. Jesse was all of that and more. I'm incredibly grateful we found him. If you're ever stranded in or around Fredericksburg and need roadside help, I would call Jesse without hesitation. Excellent service and, more importantly, a genuinely good human being.
