These were literally balls of creamy goat cheese covered in a layer of chopped peanuts and topped either with tangy sundried tomato or a slice of green olive. Next came the Tuna Tartar; Cool and fresh tuna was topped with a crisp seed cracker and paired with crisp spicy zucchini and seaweed salad.
