This store, (8th Ave Location) is the worst Vape store I have seen to date. I have been purchasing juices and coils from there for several months. Only on one occasion have I encountered a decent sales rep. Every other time, there seems to be nothing more than punks with low intellectual attitude problems. However. Last week I spent $200 to upgrade my MOD, a new tank and of course some e-juice. Got the package home, opened the box and installed the battery and tank. It was much to my surprise to find a defect on the new mod I purchased. Went back the next day, was met by a young punk with a "serious attitude problem" who refused to do anything about it. I wound up having to contact the manufacturer, who were more then happy to exchange the item. Although I am stuck with the shipping costs at least they stand behind their products unlike the reseller Mr. Vapor. It's really too bad. Mr. Vapor, with your selection of Juices, coils etc. You could have been a class act ... If only you had trained or hired staff with IQs over .009. I will more than likely continue to get my juices and coils there as the location is convenient but I will never entrust this business with anything over that.
