Stopped in to check out this place while on a business trip. The selection was amazing! Everything from r/c cars, boats, trains, planes, rockets and drones. The staff were super knowledgeable and attentive and the prices were solid. Given their huge supply of tools and building materials, this place is definitely a one stop shop for first timers and pro hobbyists alike. Thought I would check out this hobby shop but the customer service was so entirely bad. I kept asking for help but was ignored so I walked around but kept getting followed so I'd turn and ask for help in finding glue and they would walk away. It was really, really weird. Felt like I was in the twilight zone so I left and called the manager who said their staff know what they are doing. I'm from Seattle - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan? But don't take offence, they make these remakes daily and take pride in that. You want great customer service, go elsewhere. This is a great hobby shop. It has virtually everything a person wants for hobbies. From R/C cars, airplanes and drones to model kits. Go check it out. On Saturdays there are some model builders making models and you can ask them questions. The staff are knowledgeable and can usually answer your questions. read more
