Came back this year in 2022 as a RETURNING CUSTOMER, reached out to Ellen again via email in OCTOBER, actually forwarding the previous years email since it had the inventory of items. I told here I had all the same items plus some additional new ones and wanted to know price and appointment availability. She said same price as last year and can make appointment for Dec 2. Day of Niko reaches out saying he is running late to our 2pm appointment and said it would be 3-3:30 when he'd arrive. I said no problem and told him I may not be home in time as I was flying back from a work trip but my wife was home with our sick toddler. Once they arrive they begin removing the covers and as my wife comes out to great them they said there will be an additional charge because of the # of items. They begin going back and forth with my wife. I forward my emails from Ellen as proof of price. They insisted on charging an additional $175 on top of the $300 we were quoted via email by Ellen to wrap our patio furniture. We even offered an additional $100 out of good faith which they REFUSED even tho they are the ones who messed up! They would not admit they were at fault and honor their quoted price. I even reached out to Ellen via email as I was boarding my flight and was given a story now they she does just appointments and not the quoting as that's another "department" which is clearly BS! Niko again said they were nothing he could do and they simply left leaving all our patio furniture uncovered and moved around. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF A RETURNING CUSTOMER. Total bait and switch of service pricing and flat out refusing to work with us even after we offered an additional $100 out of the $175 they wanted to charge. DO NOT USE YARDWRAP!
