Aqua-Soft sent a technician who admitted to me that he never worked on my model of Stenner pump and expressed multiple times that he did not know what he was doing. The technician was on the phone with his supervisor, J.J. who tried to walk him through the process in real-time. The Technician fumbled with the pump and eventually broke the latch off as he struggled to replace the tube. He eventually installed the tube and used duct tape to close the lid. The pump now wobbles and the tube is misaligned, and the door is being held closed with tape. I asked Aqua-Soft how they would help me replace the part that the unskilled technician broke. J.J. told me that they were not responsible for mishandling my equipment and sending an unqualified worker to perform the job. Due to their negligence, hiring Aqua-Soft has turned a $30 routine service call into a $1000 replacement. I will never hire them again and I recommend everyone to avoid them at all costs.

Aqua solutions was referred by a family friend and I am extremely happy with the results. A new pump was installed as well as a new tank and sanitization of the line. What put Mike and his crew over the top for us was his honesty. Being that we were installing new equipment I was concerned that I would have to replace all existing equipment. Not the case at all! I could have easily been ripped off (as a competitor stated) and told I had to replace it. I was saved around $850 in material alone. Side note, this is the definition of a family business! Mike is the owner and if you call the office his wife Is the primary liaison. Professional, courteous and respectful. The pride they take in their work shows in the finished result. He tested our water and showed us the level of chemicals and metals that were present in our water and we were immediately sold on the convenience of replacing all of our individual filters in the house with one whole house filtering system. Al examined our plumbing system and found the pipes and location that he needed for installation. Today Al and LIz arrived as promised to install the system. These are two of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of working with. They did an amazingly efficient and neat installation of the filtering tank. They removed at my request all of the individual filters from my various water sources around the house and left me with the one tank that will now do my entire house and leave us with clean safe drinking water. There were no hidden costs, upcharges or surprises. We were left with newly tested water with reductions in chemicals and metals as promised. I cannot recommend Al and Liz enough to anyone who is interested in the same improvement to their home. Many thanks to Al and Liz.

We had called several recommended well contractors and had them look at our system. Two of them immediately recommended putting in a new well pump. Our well pump is only 13 years old out of a typical lifespan of 20 to 25 years. When Vinny came to our home he examined everything closely inside and out and immediately came up with several alternatives. As I am someone that likes to lean towards overkill I asked him to bring a brand new pump anyway. After pulling our pump Vinny recognize that there is nothing wrong with ours and strongly recommended that we did not need to spend the money even though he had the pump available on his truck and was told by me that I would lean towards replacing it. He eventually convinced me not to spend the money and that I had many more years of service life left on my original pump. We did find that my pressure tank did have a leak and Vinny explained exactly where and how it occurred. He did not have one on his truck so he brought one within the hour from his warehouse. In short I cannot emphasize the level of personal attention to detail, work ethic, and good old fashion honesty that Vinny represents. I was able to stay with him through the entire job and he was able to answer many questions I had all while he was working on my system.
