He will say one thing, then tell you that is not what he said. So when he was confronted with the difference in conversation, he became quite defensive. Almost to a point where he knew he might have messed up, but he wasn't going to take ownership of it, probably because he has never been taught what integrity means. When my wife delivered the check from our credit union, she had to speak to the finance person again. He could tell by her expression and the on speaker phone call we had together with him, that we were not happy with their service, so he asked my wife what he could do to make it a better experience, to which she replied "nothing". He then offered her a check for her gas because it was about an hour drive, which I thought was actually really nice, but he couldn't help himself and he told my wife, "I am giving you money out of my kids hands. This is coming out of my pay" This is the professionalism of a young man in the car dealing business. Moses needs to step up their game, as my last two cars have come from Moses dealerships. I will never visit this dealership again all because a finance manager that has very little to no integrity, no couth, a strong lack of professionalism and to be honest, his kids had nothing to do with me buying a car, so I am not sure why that came up. Do yourself a favor and find your GMC or Caddy somewhere else. You might not get a good salesman like Ziler, but I would bet the finance manager wont treat you like you crap beneath his shoes. Keep looking down your nose at people PAT. I am sure you will make a ton of money for the company, or maybe, you find that respect you want and you try to return it to the person that is giving you respect. If you felt disrespected, then I would probably suggest some research on how respect is given and taken, and if your kids need that $50, you might want to find a better paying job, cause this one is not for you.

Loved my sales lady Erika. I've had a lot Fords, but this is the 1st Ford I've ever purchased at Turnpike Ford. Mike Maddicks was very helpful. He listen to my needs and found the perfect truck for me. Never once did I feel pressured to buy. The person that printed my paperwork was really nice too. If you're considering getting a new Ford, you definitely should give Turnpike a try... I'm sure glad I did. I just noticed this review from 2 years ago never posted... LOL! Since then this dealership was sold and is now called Todd Judy Ford. A lot of the same people are still there. I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.

Son went to buy a car, 1st salesman walked away and helped another customer in the middle of the…read morenegotiations, he left, salesman called promising lifetime oil changes, etc. Looked on website and these "perks" were standard. Son went back, couldn't get the interest rate and payment he wanted, so went to leave and the 2nd salesman offered the loan term at 72 months (instead of 60) which is standard. The sale was then dead. And now 17 days later Todd Judy Ford is still making inquiries on his credit report, bringing his score down, and he already bought a brand new car elsewhere with desired payment and interest rate. Called finance manager who gave him the "sorry bout your luck" on the credit inquiries, nothing they can do. BTW at least one inquiry to a bank had a guy's name on there that no longer works for Todd Judy, who had left before my son even went there to shop.

I had to advertise on various groups in different counties on fbook but not in the counties that the other girl did(ex. Putnam, Kanawha). I heard a guy did drive 8hrs one time and didn't even buy the car. So I was hoping that I could reach ppl in the outer counties. But I was met with some hate such as why r u advertising here? But that was in Morgantown and in Berkeley county. So the northern panhandle didn't have any leads for me. The job started as me going up there one day for about two hours and the lady showing me what to say. So when I got home I went to advertising away and writing down everyone I talked to. I did maybe 3 apps a say but I bumped all my groups and worked all day. Some ppl said I was on the phone or iPad too much lol. So they're closed maybe sun n tues I know at least tues. The job on advertising was easy but anytime I'd ask the lazy about a vehicle she said they had problems so it was tough cause ppl ain't going to put in an app if there's not a car they don't want. I even asked for. List of cars that I could sell since that happened a lot. I was also told not to blast the new vehicles that I saw on the fbook page because they hadn't been inspected yet but u could clearly see on the fbook page just not the website and ppl were asking on the fbook page about those cars. On Jan 13 I was called up there and told I was let go because I wasn't getting enough apps in like 15 a day. Well I had no idea I had a quota n also I had only worked a week. I just started. I was disappointed and mad because of it. But it is what it is. Ppl kept asking me about there apps and I told the,what happened . One guy said he out in an app and told his friends too. I did see where his friends commented on my post. He then said something about fraud or scam and thought he should call the irs because they had his info. I never told him to do anything like that but idk if he did. I had to delete so many groups and posts and messages it was time consuming and made me angry at what happened.
