I'm not sure, but I work for a catering company myself and I don't think we've ever prepped a week in advance. I was willing to get what we could or compromise but the rude bitch literally said "no we won't accommodate" and then hung up the phone on me. I know we were just a small film crew, but business is business, and I'll make sure that anyone from Hamilton, and any film crew I ever work with in the future never orders from this shitty un-accommodating company.

I had searched the internet for a reputable caterer in the area my daughter lives ( as I live two-three hours away). I called Nicola's to connect with a lady by the name of Tina who ensured me the quality of the food was not only fresh , but generous portions and good quality. I am in the hospitality Industry for over 20 years , the menu/food is important not only for quality but to ensure the reputation and ingredients are fresh. I asked Tina alot of questions and learnt she has been with Nicola's Catering for 20 years. This certainly speaks volumes from her credibility to be with this catering company for this period of time. The service on Delivery was more than on time and packed very professionally presented, mostly the quality was more than favorable and " Generous Portions" I will be using this catering company again without a doubt and definitely place my stamp of recommendations on their quality of food and service. Thank you for providing a freshly prepared menu for my daughters first baby Shower that was a " Huge " Success ( especially for some guests who are authentic traditional Italian ladies and particular pallet towards food) thank you, for what you do very well ! :-)

Krista did our wedding reception in October 2016 and I cannot compliment her and her staff enough…read more When I first contacted her she immediately replied and I could tell from our first phone conversation that I had found the company I wanted to do our reception. She was able to answer questions and offer menu suggestions or tips that might help the meal. We had several allergies she was able to accommodate and when I realized a few weeks before the wedding that we had another allergy she swiftly was able to let me know her food did not contain the allergen. This brings me to the wedding. They were there early to set up the bar and the stations and arrived with food that was nice and warm (and delicious) at the perfect time. She did a beautiful job displaying our donuts for our dessert, which is something that was above and beyond what we expected her to do! She even included placards for the different flavors. Her staff was polite and were able to get the tables called in an efficient manner. It's been two weeks and we are still getting compliments on the food we served! I definitely recommend Krista and her company for a wedding or any other event that you may have.
