They have consistently been of a good quality and I have to say I like their products. One big BIG problem that I have with their products is there is a tag in every item that goes on to bite and if you take them out the whole peice will tear apart. I just don't get why they have to have that permenantly in there. Maybe because the top executives who design and manufacture the label is either too rich to wear their own labels or the ones in the bottom of food chain is too poor to be able to afford them. Nevertheless that is one of my first world problems and I like them fixed please. The men and kids section are at the below level and at the top is an entire floor dedicated to all the beautiful women (surprise surprise).

Very typical Salvos experience, really. Where this distinguishes itself (and thus deserves a mention) is the customer service. It's not often that one goes into an op shop and gets friendly, helpful and enthusiastic customer service. I don't mean this in disrespect to op shops, it's just that they're usually staffed by volunteers who have a million things to do and possibly not much experience doing them.
