I paid over $33,000 for their recommended solution, which they claimed would stabilize the foundation, particularly at the rear of my home. Despite assurances, the foundation has continued to settle less than two years after the repair was completed. Structural cracks have reappeared in the same areas, and the issue has clearly not been resolved. I've reached out to Alpha multiple times to address the problem, only to be told that additional repairs will require more payment--even though they failed to get the job done properly the first time. There has been no meaningful accountability from Alpha Foundations for their incomplete work, and I am now facing additional financial and structural burdens. I expected a long-term solution for the significant amount I paid--not a temporary fix and a demand for more money when their initial assessment and repair fell short. I would caution anyone considering this company to get an independent structural engineer and carefully review the terms of any warranty. In my case, I feel let down, and the response from the company has been both disappointing and unprofessional.

The water accumulates on the porch with big puddles, there's a deep crack already forming less than a year later, and the patch work he did is a different color than the rest of the work. The puddles are still there and bubbles come up every time we step on his patchwork after it rains. Get a written quote or go elsewhere. And don't trust this guy either way.
