In my experience most contractors won't do that kind of thing.

They are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. They offered me a very reasonable quote, the end result, exceeded my expectations. They worked with us to create the perfect layout and cozy feel for our basement. They were able to build from scratch our entire bar area, including the cabinets, shelves, countertop and it looks truly amazing! Also they were able to design a barn door for us from a picture of one I saw in a store and it looks better than the picture I gave them. They also had the brilliant idea of having the front of the bar match the barn door. I love the creativity and expert knowledge they have. I highly recommend Dennis and Son for your next project. He asked the client as few questions as possible and went with whatever his first thought is. Occasionally his first idea is great. Craig would blame the client and charge them more if they asked for changes to things that he should have verified with them before continuing on. He has a lot of employee turnover. At least 7 trained designers that he's hired left within the past couple of years because he doesn't listen to others or accept any fault. But I'd hire him for a good deck or to update finishes. Once again, as our initial contact, Aaron accurately assisted us with defining the project while Brian efficiently managed the logistics of supply orders and delivery. As the project's foreman, Marty's professionalism was phenomenal! As in our previous bath project, he once again expertly managed the on-site project details, helping us find the perfect tile shower accents--from the decorative bands to the practical niches--and ensuring a high-quality and timely finished product. Miles was also an amazing and talented asset as he joined Marty (even on Saturdays) in completing the bulk of tile work as well as installation of the various bathroom components in a timely manner. Eli was instrumental in skillfully completing various tasks, including staining the doors and caulking the shower. And, Scotty did a wonderful job with both staining the doors and managing the site cleanup. As we had observed in our previous interactions with Cornerstone, all of their employees are extremely knowledgeable, tremendously helpful, incredibly personable, and exceptionally gifted professionals. Thank you for another phenomenal job, Cornerstone; you are one of our favorite contractors!

From making stunning custom shelves to house my record collection to running conduit to allow us to easily install an overhead projector Cornerstone completely nailed this job. We will use them in the future for any other contracting needs and I give Aaron and his crew my highest recommendation.

They were one of 4 contractors that we recently bid…read moreout for a tile and closet addition project to our home and we ended up selecting him based on price and overall first impression. He showed up at the exact time for the bidding process and returned our call quickly when we first contacted him. Don't you hate when contractors tell you that they will finish in a certain amount of time and then suddenly it's 3x longer? Justin and his team worked consecutively in our home for 3.5 days (from 8am-5pm every day) and were finished much sooner than what other companies were telling us. (Keep in mind, those other companies were much higher priced) There was a snag in the project when we discovered a small mold spot in our bathroom, but Justin was happy to remove it, replace the plywood, and cover it with sealant. Additionally, we asked him to move an outlet around the closet he was building and he did it without any hesitation. BONUS Cleanliness: The first day they came, he laid down plastic covering on our carpet because it had just snowed and they knew they could potentially track dirty snow into our house every time they came in and out. When they did finally remove the plastic covering, they vacuumed as best they could to return our house back to normal. He even asked if we had a broom so he could sweep all the sand they tracked in! Friendliness/Approachability: Justin was SUCH an easy guy to work with. He did a great job of explaining the work they did and always made sure to give us informed options when we had decisions to make. Even with the mold and asking for an outlet cover to be added, he never complained or showed any signs of annoyance. Our 3 and 5-year-old daughters even enjoyed talking to him and his guys and share about their days at school. I've never been more impressed when working with a contractor and will continue to choose Justin for any future home projects!!! Give him a call, you absolutely will not regret it.
