After speaking with Jean, and how she avoided my questions then HANGING UP!!, made me realize it most likely is false advertising, I would advice that you trust someone (an agent) that doesnt want to take your money or make you seem like a cheat. Also that treats potential buyers with respect. thanks. In addition, the update was made on the room count, however some adjustments was made to upscale the home again with false key details compared to the public facts.
