It was clear to us that she had an excellent reputation in the industry, and now having worked with her, we can see why. She was nothing less than OUTSTANDING in all respects. To highlight our situation specifically, we had to relocate across the country from the East Coast to the Loma Linda/Redlands area for our career. Moreover, we were looking to buy a home during a particularly hectic time, as the COVID-19 pandemic was taking off, with all open houses shut down and many sellers suddenly taking their properties off the market. Mary Beth was exceptionally patient and flexible with us throughout the whole process. Prior to visiting, we provided her with listings we had considered on Zillow/Redfin and she in turn gave us some feedback and suggested other properties to add to the list as they came up, without any pressure in either direction. Once we visited, we had a narrow window of only 3-4 days to find and pick out a house. But Mary Beth was willing to dedicate essentially all of her time to us, tirelessly showing us homes (including new ones to see that came up at the last minute). She put together daily schedules for us that accommodated our needs perfectly. She is an excellent communicator, very responsive to messages and emails, always answering within several minutes. Even after we settled on our new home (which was one of the houses she suggested and added to our list), she followed up with us to send updated pictures as construction was being completed.
