They diagnosed the problem with my car and didn't just repair the problem but took the time to show me the problem on the car, and a step by step solution to repairing it. At that same time they gave me the invoice with a detailed breakdown of the parts needed and the labor to complete the repair. I had a great feeling with this shop and I can't say enough good things about them. Therefore I was quite anxious and untrusting. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization. Carlos (service manger/owner), was courteous and professional. Michael (mechanic), took the time to show me the things that were wrong with my car and answer any questions or concerns I had. Carlos took pictures and drew up the estimate. He was willing to send these to my son in Idaho. Reassured, my son agreed with them. They were able to estimate exact time my car would be ready and gave me a ride home.
