I discovered Autogermania through the global BMW website, where it's listed as a certified BMW repair center -- a reassuring find, especially as someone new to San Juan. From start to finish, the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. My service was completed the same day, which was a pleasant surprise. The work included engine and brake oil service, new tires, wheel alignment, and a few minor repairs. While a courtesy car wasn't available, arranging an Uber was easy. When I returned, my X1 BMW was freshly washed and ready to go. I felt confident in the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Autogermania to other BMW owners. Yes, the service was expensive -- but every repair was pre-approved by me, so there were no surprises. I understand there are more affordable options out there, but for me, peace of mind and safety were worth the cost.

They sent me a repair bill for 17k for basic struts and shockers, which at that time was more than my vehicle's trade-in cost! Very hard to reach the service provider. And if you don't want to pay them 17k for fixing your vehicle, they charge you 280$$$ for diagnostics only, which was never mentioned in the entire conversation with them.
