I immediately went to this kiosk and had my spare keys duplicated. In just a few minutes, the keys were done and I was off to rescue my dad. Key duplication is not the only service that they provide. Actually, I think their main line of business is desktop publishing, which includes typing, layout, and printing of calling cards, invitations, labels, stickers, and letterheads. They also have a pay phone and they offer fax services. The kiosk opens at 11:00am and closes at 10:00pm, the same as the mall hours of Eastwood City Mall.

Since it's located at the carpark, it's easy to park you car, leave your keys, do your shopping and by the time you get back, your key is done. I find them to be professional and helpful. They also repair shoes and do alterations and embroidery, but I never have never used them for the latter. Based on my experience, I would trust them with my items.

They did a fine job on my dad's shoes (which, believe me, seemed to have no hope that I had to convince him to buy a new one already), and they looked like a brand new pair. They glued a very thick piece of real leather sole as a replacement and coverup, and up to now, I think he's still using it. (We visited the repair shop last Jan 2014). (Yes, all of them eventually got lost again.) Not only is it cheap, but Mr. Quickie lives up to its name by being very fast. It took literally one trip to Mercury Drug to by some shampoo to get a duplicate done. They're also a great place to get shoes repaired - they repair pretty damn well. For me, a good repair means that it lasts for at least 50% of the original life of the product. Most of the time, it really does reach that far. Mr. Quickie is fast, and does their job with quality. What more could you want?

I remember my school shoes being utterly hopeless and wondered if I should just get a new pair, but Mr. Quickie did its magic and was able to restore it in no time. Stitching - they only used ONE thread that could easily break if the item was stretched. Specifics were not followed despite repeated instructions- they ruined the silhouette of the clothes despite having agreed to leave allowance for comfort. No going back from that. Worst of all- deadma ang customer service. Take it or leave it. Terrible experience, mapapa walk out ka na lang. Please please please do yourself a favor and STEER CLEAR of this place.
