The second day he was on another job when I told him we were ready and he set great expectations and let me know he was across town and kept me up to date as to when he was going to head my way and let me know when he dropped it off. He also has great prices. It was overall the best experience I've had with any tow. Thank you again Paul you'll be my go-to any time I need a tow!

CRI Towing was fabulous! Great communication with their staff -- they were able to track and let…read moreus know the location of their tow truck, while en route to us. Having your car towed for any reason is always stressful! Fernando promptly came to the rescue and was able to take my sad-broken-down car clear across to the other side of town, to my repair shop (I think a lot of towing companies would have an attitude about that but Fernando was great). Fernando was professional, very careful with my car, along with excellent communication and follow up. My friend and I were not able to make it to the shop in time before closing. But, Fernando was able to drop of my car and keys with the repair shop, just fine while my friend and I were still stuck and traffic. I was so relieved and grateful Fernando was able to take care of the drop off beautifully! We were in good hands and a load of stress was lifted because of Fernando/CRI Towing! I highly recommend CRI Towing Services.

When we explained exactly why the car was non drivable, he laughed with us at the pure incompetence at the person who couldn't tighten an oil plug correctly. The price of the tow was even better, under $100 when other companies were wanting almost $200 which in this economy can be a big detriment depending on your income. To me the number 1 thing about Jesse was after I mentioned to him I was a few weeks with child, he made sure to put his cigarette out before walking back over to me and that's a level of consideration that I'll always appreciate. If you need a kind, considerate, get it done ASAP tow Jesse is the man for the job. We will definitely be asking for him be name if we ever need a tow again!. Update on the car: Turns out that the problem was a bit more than just the oil plug not being tightened enough, it looks as though the entire oil pan was hit and dented by something on the road (which of course was not caused by the tow truck). Nonetheless, we highly appreciate the quick friendly service provided by Jesse and we'll recommend him to anyone who needs a relatively cheap yet quick and friendly tow service.
