I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge Forest City Auto Glass for an exceptional great…read morequality job, that the owners Jay and his wife did for me on replacing my windshield. They make a great mom and pop team. I told him that payment for the job was coming out of my pocket, because my glass wasn't covered under my basic insurance coverage. So he was very considerate and negotiated a very fair price with me. Better than anyone else who quoted me. Jay is a family guy and he is not greedy or looking to retire off of one customer. He believes in doing the best quality work for the best prices without cutting corners or gouging customers. His wife was also very accommodating and very genuine. I fully recommend this very trustworthy local company for all your auto glass needs. I Thank you Jay and your family for a great experience and a job well done. And thank you for one of the most pleasant customer experiences I have ever had.

He stated the car was so dirty with lots of dog hair. My dog is hypoallergenic so I never see any hair at home. He said there was things under the seat. Yet there was only an old credit card left by the gear shift. I know there was nothing else. He just kept interrupting me and talking fast. Told him they lost their tip and that I would never be back. New owners I believe. Just curious if I am the only one Classic touch Burwell Rd St Thomas
