I traveled 30 minutes when local tire stores are within a couple miles. I got professional care, I can't image any better. I was so impressed. I had an awful leak that needed to be inflated before going anywhere. I finally ordered a tire and traveled again to this great business. Doctor Handsome tire man said I most likely had a nail, that the gouge in the side would not cause the leak and he asked if the other tires were OK. I mentioned another tire with a slow leak. They repaired both tires after removing a nail in each of them. I was so happy, I did not needing a new tire. No more being late and putting air in the tires in the rain! What should have been a simple service turned into a bigger problem due to careless and unprofessional work. When I raised concerns, Pokey was dismissive and took no responsibility for the damage caused. Communication was poor, and there was no effort to correct the mistake or stand behind their work. I trusted them with my vehicle and regretted it. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Value Tire to anyone looking for honest or competent service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here and would not recommend this business. My A/C went…read moreout and I was supposed to have my compressor replaced. I paid close to $400 for the compressor through the owner, Franchesco, on Monday, and he told me to come back Wednesday at 8:00 AM for the repair. I took off work and showed up Wednesday, only to be told there were still cars from Monday and Tuesday that had not been completed. No one called me or communicated that they would not be able to honor the appointment. He then told me to come back Thursday or Friday. I came back on Friday to drop my car off, and Franchesco told me he still could not do the job because he was "not ready." At that point, I asked for a refund because I no longer trusted the process. He told me that since I had already paid for the compressor, I could take the compressor and get it installed somewhere else. However, I had never seen the compressor, never received proof that it had been ordered, and never received any documentation for the part I paid close to $400 for. When I asked for proof or a receipt showing where the compressor was ordered from, I was told they "don't do that." He then seemed to get frustrated and told me that since I was going to get it fixed somewhere else, I needed to get the compressor from somewhere else. This was extremely unprofessional. My time was wasted multiple times, communication was poor, and the entire experience made me lose trust as a customer. I would not recommend this business.

The person who answered the phone was rude and quoted me $150 just for the service call, plus an additional $1.14 per mile. Throughout the conversation, he gave the impression that he was not interested in taking the job. I even offered to meet him at a location that would be more convenient, but he dismissed the idea and told me that this is not what their business is about and that I should go to a tire shop instead. Based on this interaction, the level of customer service did not match the reputation reflected in the reviews.
