The quality of their photo strips is excellent, and they were able to customize our photo strips to match our wedding invitations exactly! We decided to have a photo booth sort of last minute (2 weeks before our wedding), and we had a specific budget in mind for this. Denise was completely willing to work with us on this so we were able to get what we wanted at a price that worked for us, I really appreciated that! I also love the backdrop options they have, and the one we chose perfectly complimented our photo strips. They refuse to give our money back, and cannot come to the moved date. We would even be willing to accept half the money, but they said no. I just feel that with the devastation of having to move our wedding and not have it as we always dreamed due to Covid, a wedding business should understand and be empathetic. It is sad that during this difficult time, this company refuses to refund any of the money during these unprecedented times. All I asked was for half the money back, how unethical during a pandemic.

He made a mistake labeling the photos and when he corrected it, all the first photos were lost. Very hard to contact him. He finally mailed the album, it was terrible and cheap.

They not only offer a printed strip of photos for every person in every photo (no matter how many photos they are in) but also have you do a gif with props (physical ones and ones in the computer) and then email it to you on the spot so you can upload it to social media immediately. The gif was the highlight of the night and even shy/reserved guests had a great time using the booth! This was also in part to Tanya, the owner, and her welcoming presence and the fact that she was engaged with each person and encouraged them to use props and be silly - it made such a difference from other photo booth rentals I've seen and was really what made it such a success for our event! It was not only a great way to entertain people and provid them with a fun souvenir but also promoted our business and the event instantly on social media!
